As a commercial property inspector, I come across a variety of unique challenges when evaluating properties for potential buyers or lessees. Recently, I conducted an inspection for a client who was interested in leasing a building previously used as a restaurant. While the property had some attractive qualities, there were serious concerns related to the plumbing system—specifically related to grease traps and drainage.
